For every law, there’s a loophole (or as they say in Spanish “hecha la ley, hecha la trampa” / “done the law, done the snare”). Mexican beer finds a way to overcome COVID restrictions about selling alcohol during and, through rapid innovation, becomes the only beer sold in supermarkets during the pandemic. And, in doing so, keeping afloat thousands of jobs, workers and their families.
