This is what I call a very hard-working holiday card. Not just wishing well but binding you to make your wishes come true. Brownie points for coming from a lega firm.

From the behavioural standpoint is great, though it could be more effective indeed if, instead of donating money to the charity of your choice, people should choose they charity they hate. That will make the pain of losing even greater.
