Many people from the 18th District in Guatemala City suffer from address discrimination, employers refuse to hire them just because they assume they have ties with the criminal gangs that control the area. The brilliant solution: free human resources services disguised as an embassy. The relationship with the brand (a snack) is weak, that’s why I reckon it didn’t win big.
