I really like design and ideas that encourage people into (good) habits through a simple change in the daily routine.

Much like the fun theory, Icelandic design firm HAF provided diners with color coded plates that help them make nutritional choices on the spot rather than preaching about the value and science of eating right.

Couldn’t companies interested in promoting health and well-being roll this kind of ideas into the market instead of big budget awareness campaigns?
