OLW Cheese Doodles, apparently one of the most popular snacks in Sweden, went on to settle a longstanding dispute about its traditional Swedish product denomination. And to do so, they’ve engaged their consumers online and encourage them to vote on Facebook and Twitter.
What’s more interesting in my view is a very simple experiential implementation of that idea. On ground, people could vote just by crossing a double gate with a counter. The ‘cheezegate’ in allusion to the doorways but also to the popular -gate suffix.
