While Puma has tried the REDUCE route with its clever little bag, Lee has just explored the least expected one: REUSE.
Their new shopping bags can be transformed in a multitude of functional and entertaining things like rulers, boxes, calendars, and even a ‘Snakes & Ladders’ game.
Such a simple idea created a large word of mouth spread, increased footfall, and eventually convinced the clothing retailer to increase the initial production of 3,000 to 10,000 more.
