Blood banks are always in the need of donors. But like many things in life, there’s a huge gap between people’s intentions and action.
A Brazilian NGO from Bahía called Hemoba, tried to tackle the problem in a different way. Appealing to something that everyone has close to their hearts: their football team.
The local team E.C. Vitória participated of this event by changing their traditional black and red jersey into just black, highlighting by omission the lack of blood reserves. And as the national championship went on and the donations increased, they gradually recovered their full appearance.
The case study is beautifully done. Not to miss.
