Cannes Lions: The Titanium and Integrated Grand Prix winner


Another double Grand Prix winner (Jay-Z Decoded for Bing also received the Outdoor Grand Prix).

Last October we covered the launch of Decoded and were wishing for the case study to be available. Here it is, with great footage and pictures as if the story itself wasn’t impressive enough.

To challenge Google as the default search engine and probably main door into the web, Bing teamed up with Jay-Z and create an immersive online/offline experience that deconstructed the rapper’s autobiography into multiple outdoor pieces on conventional sites and new media.

The depth and breath of the work was rewarded not only with two of the most sought after Grands Prix but also two other Gold Lions in Outdoor, another Gold Lion in Direct and one Bronze Lion in Promo & Activation.
